Description
Open domestic competitive bidding for turnkey EPC and land arrangements to develop grid-connected solar PV projects with aggregate capacity up to 1000 MWac in Punjab and/or Rajasthan, including comprehensive operation and maintenance for five years from COD. Bids may be submitted for 250, 500, 750 or 1000 MWac. The procurement uses a two-envelope process followed by an e-Reverse Auction.

- Documents required: Certificate of Incorporation / Registration, PAN, GST registration, Work Order, Purchase Order, Letter of Award or Contract Agreement indicating the scope of work for Similar Work, Employer Completion Certificate, Commissioning Certificate issued by the relevant authority confirming the project is grid-connected and commissioned, Where work was awarded through an intermediary: intermediary-issued Work Order, Purchase Order, Letter of Award or Contract Agreement and certificate confirming successful completion, Where work was awarded through an intermediary: certificate of successful operation issued by the plant owner, Where bidder is developer or owner: commissioning certificate and documents substantiating successful operation, O&M performance Certificate issued by the Owner specifying the minimum period of operation of the Project and capacity, Audited Annual Reports / Financial Statements, including notes to the accounts, for the last three financial years, Certificate(s) from Statutory Auditor / practising Chartered Accountant with UDIN for Turnover, Net Worth and Working Capital, Bidding Joint Venture/Consortium Agreement duly executed on non-judicial stamp paper of appropriate value, if applicable, Power of Attorney by the other JV/Consortium partner in favour of the Lead Partner, if applicable, Integrity Pact
