Description
NCCF Jaipur invites Expressions of Interest to empanel government-approved registered valuers or valuation agencies for land and construction valuation across five CMJAY-2015 project locations in Rajasthan: Rajsamand, Jhalawar, Bundi, Pali, and Keshoraipatan. The assignment includes site inspections, valuation of land and executed works, verification of payments and records, and submission of authenticated reports. Work must be completed within one month of the work order.

- Certifications: Valid registration/recognition as a Government-approved or Registered Valuer for the relevant asset class, ISO certification in relevant fields (preference)
- Documents required: Authority letter authorizing a person to interact with NCCF, Undertaking from the applicant, EMD payment details, Processing fee payment details, Company profile, Registration certificate (Companies Act / Partnership / Proprietorship), PAN and GST registration certificates, Work orders and completion certificates for completed projects in the last 3 years, Details of ongoing projects, CA-certified balance sheets for 3 out of the last 5 years, Non-blacklisting declaration, List of key personnel with relevant technical team experience, Financial proposal and fee structure
