Description
Expression of Interest for selecting franchisees in 56 territories of BSNL Punjab Circle to sell and distribute BSNL products and services, including SIM activation, C-Top-Up/e-recharge, mobility, FTTH, landline, broadband, devices and future services. Separate applications are required for each territory. The standard agreement term is two years, with performance-linked annual extensions.

- Documents required: All pages of the EOI document, duly signed by the Authorized Signatory, Duly filled-in Application Form for Individual/Company/Firm, as applicable, Demand Draft of Rs. 1,000 towards the cost of the bid document, if downloaded from the Internet; not required in case of MSME bidder, General Power of Attorney in favour of the signatory, where applicable, Attested copy of Memorandum of Association/Articles of Association/Partnership Deed/Proprietorship Registration Certificate, as applicable, Attested copy of GST Registration Certificate/Number for the respective state, wherever applicable, Attested copy of PAN and TAN Number of the bidder, as applicable, Attested copy of current and valid clearance/certificate from State Authorities, wherever applicable, Bank Guarantee towards EMD/Bid Security in the prescribed format, valid for 180 days from the date of opening of EOI, CA-attested turnover details for the last financial year and audited P&L Account, Attested copy of income tax return, Experience certificates and supporting documents for the prescribed period, List of Retailers for verification of the established retail chain, with supporting documents, wherever applicable, Separate territory details/documents for each territory when applying for multiple territories, duly attested by the BSNL Franchisee Manager, wherever applicable, Self-attested certificate regarding high performance by the RD/DSA/Franchisee Partner, where applicable, Proof of ownership/Rent Deed/supporting documents and owner consent for proposed office space, Latest Income Tax Clearance Certificate, wherever prescribed/applicable, Self-attested copy of the highest educational qualification/degree pass certificate of the Franchisee Owner, Any other supporting document/information required under the EOI or subsequently called for by BSNL
