Description
Expression of interest to lease out vacant BSNL staff quarters at various locations in Kota Business Area, Rajasthan Circle, for residential use and certain eligible office or educational uses. Bidders may apply for quarters listed in Annexure-1. Rent is based on quarter type and city classification; the document specifies monthly rent rates, a one-month advance rent, and an interest-free security deposit equal to three months' rent.
