Description
EOI for comprehensive hostel mess and institutional catering services for 120–150 regular boarders and guests at BRIC-Institute of Life Sciences, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Services include daily meals, ad-hoc institutional catering, food preparation and delivery at both campuses, and hygiene and waste management. The initial contract period is one year, extendable year to year up to three years. Selection is by QCBS with a 70:30 technical-to-financial ratio.

- Certifications: Valid Central/State FSSAI License, ISO 22000 or HACCP certification (evaluated for technical marks)
- Documents required: Self-attested valid Central/State FSSAI license for catering/canteen operations spanning at least 3 continuous years, Evidence of operating experience in student mess or institutional canteens, or catering/restaurant services to a minimum of 100 persons daily, Audited balance sheets and CA certificate with UDIN for the last three financial years, Valid GSTIN registration certificate, Valid EPF registration certificate, Valid ESIC registration certificate, PAN card, Affidavit on ₹100 non-judicial stamp paper stating the firm has not been blacklisted by any Central/State Government body, Bank solvency certificate of minimum ₹20 lakhs, Establishment certificate, Detailed vendor address and contact information, Undertaking that the firm is not blacklisted or debarred and that no criminal case is registered against the firm or its owner, Certificate regarding average turnover, profit and loss, and income tax returns for the last 3 years, where applicable, Copy of award letter and/or completion certificate for similar work, Bank account details for RTGS/NEFT, EMD exemption certificates for MSMEs/start-ups, if claiming exemption
