Description
NECTAR, an autonomous institute under the Department of Science & Technology, Government of India, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible firms, agencies, institutions, societies, and trusts for technical empanelment as Support Providers and Facilitating Agencies for implementation of skill development, entrepreneurship, livelihood, and employment-linked programs in the North Eastern Region. The process is for technical qualification only; financial bids will be invited separately for specific projects. The empanelment period is initially three years, extendable up to five, based on performance. Eligibility criteria include registration, experience, turnover, and regional presence. EOIs must be submitted online by 21.10.2026, with evaluation based on experience, infrastructure, past performance, and approach.
