Vizhinjam International Seaport Limited invites non-committal Expressions of Interest from private co-developers, investors and consortia for developing, operating and maintaining a Special Economic Zone and Free Trade Warehousing Zone near Vizhinjam International Seaport. The selected co-developer would be responsible for project planning, approvals, financing, design, construction, operation, maintenance and marketing. This EoI is for market assessment and project structuring and does not constitute a tender or guarantee selection.
