National Centre for Cell Science (NCCS) invites Expression of Interest (EOI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) from reputed and experienced architectural/consultancy firms for refurbishment and renovation of its old buildings and interior works at Baner, Pune. The scope includes comprehensive assessment, design, tender documentation, execution support, and completion services for the NCCS old buildings and balance interior works. The estimated project cost is 10 crore INR, with a project duration of 36 months.
