Description
Expression of Interest to select an exclusive back-end partner for TCIL to supply, install and commission an E-Document Management System for the Equal Opportunities Commission in Mauritius. The EOI requires bid security of INR 2,50,000 or MUR 1,38,750, with MSE and startup exemptions. Bids are evaluated on the lowest price among technically qualified bidders, subject to applicable purchase preferences.
