Description
Hiring of one 26-seat-or-larger mini bus for transporting MPPGCL officers and employees between Pench MPPGCL Colony and Pench HPS, Totladoh, with expected monthly running of 4000 KM for one month. Three drivers are to be provided. The vehicle must be no more than six years old, have run less than 2 lakh KM at offer, and comply with the stated vehicle, permit, safety and documentation requirements.

- Documents required: EPF registration certificate/documents, if applicable, ESI registration certificate/documents, if applicable, GST registration certificate/documents, if applicable, Vehicle registration with RTO, Updated road tax document, Bus permit, Comprehensive vehicle insurance documents, Fitness certificate, PUC certificate, Bidder undertaking confirming vehicle running is within the stated limit, vehicle model is less than 6 years old, and these criteria will be maintained during the contract, Bidder undertaking that the bidder and their relatives are not employed in MPPGCL (Annexure VI), Police verification for deployed drivers, Medical fitness report of the driver, Valid commercial vehicle driving license for the driver, Vehicle purchase documents showing actual on-road price, For a new showroom-model vehicle: relevant on-road price quotation and undertaking to provide the vehicle
