Supply of 17 engine-operated high-pressure foam mist fire-fighting trolleys to Assam Rifles, with delivery to consignee locations in Assam and Nagaland. EMD is Rs. 9,00,000; ePBG is not required. Bidder minimum average annual turnover is Rs. 74 lakh and OEM minimum average annual turnover is Rs. 588 lakh. Bidder/OEM experience of 2 years and past performance of 40% of bid quantity are required, subject to stated MSE and startup relaxations.
