Expression of Interest to engage a Project Management Consultant for ongoing irrigation In-Stream Storage Structure projects under Odisha’s Water Resources Department. Services include design review and vetting, project management, construction supervision, quality assurance, environmental and social safeguards monitoring, and third-party inspection. The consultancy period is 18 months or until project completion or another period decided by the owner, whichever is earlier.
