Description
Odisha Construction Corporation Ltd. invites expressions of interest from consultancy firms to prepare site-wise Detailed Project Reports for tourism attraction development at Naraj Barrage, Budhabudhiani Dam, Munduli Barrage and Salia Dam under the BOITA Scheme. The consultancy period is 12 months. Eligible firms will be shortlisted at the EOI stage, with final selection through the Least Cost System at the RFP stage.

- Documents required: Certificate of incorporation or registration, Memorandum and Articles of Association, Partnership Deed or LLP Agreement, as applicable, PAN and GST registration, if applicable, TECH-2 and documentary evidence of consultancy experience, including work orders/contracts and client certificates, Authenticated work orders/contracts showing scope, project cost and dates for similar assignments, Completion certificates or client certificates confirming satisfactory completion of similar assignments, TECH-3 and audited financial statements and/or audited turnover certificate issued by a Chartered Accountant, with UDIN where applicable, TECH-4 declaration/affidavit regarding conflict of interest and undertaking regarding non-blacklisting/debarment, Filled-in Bid Submission Check List, Covering letter on bidder’s letterhead requesting participation, General Details of the Bidder, Power of Attorney in favour of the person signing the bid, Undertaking on bidder’s letterhead confirming no recent blacklisting, Approach, Methodology and Work Plan, Declaration on bidder’s letterhead regarding no involvement in legal conflicts or pending legal issues with the Client/Employer during the last 3 years
