Delhi Development Authority invites proposals from DEA/NLMC-empanelled transaction advisors to provide feasibility studies and select developers for 15 in-situ slum redevelopment/rehabilitation projects comprising 45 JJ clusters across Delhi. The assignment is divided into three lots, with a maximum of one lot awarded to each successful bidder. Completion period is one year.
