Description
The Indian Law Institute invites vendors to apply for empanelment to supply newspapers, magazines, foreign periodicals, journals and documents to its Library. Vendors quote the highest percentage discount on the MRP of each publication. Empanelment is for three years (2026–2028); documents must be supplied within 21 days of the purchase order or publication date. The highest-discount vendor for each title may be selected, subject to the tender requirements.

- Documents required: Copy of PAN Card, Copy of Registration/Incorporation Certificate of the firm, Copy of membership Certificate of Associations etc. (National/State Level Professional associations only), List of Publishers Represented by the firm, if the firm is a distributor, List of Universities and Research Institutions which are regular clients of the firm, Affidavit by vendor for not having been black listed/debarred by any organization/ University/ National Level Institution, Terms and Conditions prescribed by the university, signed by the Proprietor of the firms as a token of acceptance, Annexure A - List of Documents to be submitted, Annexure B - Registration Form for Vendor Empanelment, Annexure C - Quotation Sheet, Annexure D - Terms and Conditions for Supply, Annexure E - Undertaking
