Description
Expression of interest to empanel vendors for supplying printed and electronic library resources to the National Institute of Design, Madhya Pradesh. Resources include books, e-books, journals, magazines, newspapers, audio-video material, forecasts, colour chips, models, prototypes, and material swatches. Empanelment is initially for two years, extendable by one year. Successful vendors must provide a refundable security deposit of Rs. 50,000.

- Documents required: Copy of registration certificate of the firm, Copy of registration with FPBAI or GOC, Copy of PAN card, Cancelled cheque for electronic mode of payment, Audited financial statements for the last three financial years, Empanelment letters as evidence of service to at least three libraries for at least three years, Affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs. 50 confirming the firm has not been blacklisted or debarred during the preceding three years, List of government institutions supplied books in the last three years along with proof, Undertaking confirming compliance with the minimum 23% discount requirement for books
