Description
Expression of Interest to empanel service providers and regulated financial institutions to implement and operate a short-term, salary-linked credit facility for regular and contractual Government of Jharkhand employees through a digital platform integrated with the Government's IFMS. The EOI states an initial empanelment tenure of five years and an interest rate cap of 20% per annum.

- Documents required: Audited Balance Sheet duly certified by the Statutory Auditor/CA for FY 2024-25, Documentation of investors and their profiles or bank license details, Own or partnered Associate/Subsidiary NBFC institution license copy, Copy of credit rating document no older than 1 year, Signed self-declaration confirming weighted average APR does not exceed 30% across all loans in the past 2 years, Links to web app and mobile apps, Valid SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 certification copies and RBI License copy of company/lending partner, Past integration case study, Documentation of credit assessment capabilities, Privacy policy, DR/BCP documentation, Copy of relevant Agreement/PO/Work Order, Self-declaration stating combined amount financed in agreements/POs/work orders is above Rs 1000 Crore, on Rs.100/- stamp paper, Disbursement data and user statistics, Performance reports, Signed report highlighting active clients, Company incorporation certificate and operational history, Self-Declaration Certificate with Rs.100/- stamp paper that the applicant is not blacklisted
