Union Bank of India invites sealed offline proposals to empanel domestic and international legal counsel to support its equity capital raising exercise, including legal due diligence, offer-document preparation, regulatory approvals, and related transaction advice. Empanelment is based on technical evaluation.

- Documents required: Registration/license certificate issued by the competent authority in the relevant jurisdiction, Self-certified transaction details signed by an authorized partner or equivalent documentary evidence, Details of transactions handled along with supporting declarations, Undertaking from the authorized partner on firm letterhead confirming the applicant has not been barred by a regulatory authority, Undertaking from the authorized partner on firm letterhead and self-certificate from overseas associates regarding caution lists or blacklisting, Details of proposed team, qualifications and experience, Self-declaration duly signed by an authorized partner confirming the applicant has not been blacklisted, Self-certification from authorized signatory regarding disciplinary action, Undertaking on firm's letterhead to work in coordination with BRLMs, auditors and other intermediaries, Confidentiality undertaking on firm's letterhead, Certificate of incorporation/registration or equivalent documentary evidence, Undertaking from the authorized partner together with firm profile regarding expertise in U.S. securities laws and related matters
