Haridwar Mela Authority invites proposals through a national competitive bidding process to empanel event management agencies for Kumbh 2027 in Haridwar. The procurement uses separate technical and financial proposals. The empanelment is valid for 09 months from issuance of the Letter of Empanelment or signing of the Agreement, with event work-order obligations continuing until completion.
