Union Bank of India invites physical hard-copy proposals to empanel agencies, firms, and companies to conduct customer experience audits and assessments across its digital and physical (branch) channels, including mystery shopping, digital journey validation, service quality audits, customer research, and surveys. Empanelment is valid for three years from the date of empanelment. No EMD or PBG is prescribed for this empanelment; these may be specified for specific RFQs.
