Description
Expression of interest to empanel service providers for catering, housekeeping and facility management at IRCTC non-railway catering units. Empanelled providers may participate in subsequent financial bids; empanelment does not guarantee business. Applications are accepted on a continuous monthly cycle, with submission by the 15th of each month at 12:00 hrs and opening at 12:15 hrs. Successful applicants must furnish a refundable performance guarantee of Rs. 25,000.

- Certifications: FSSAI food licence, GST registration, ESI registration, EPF registration, Chartered Accountant turnover certificate with valid UDIN
- Documents required: Applicant name, full address, telephone and fax numbers, email address, and contact person details, Memorandum and Articles of Association specifying catering and hospitality as the company's main object, certificate of incorporation, and commencement of business certificate (for companies), Partnership deed, registration certificate, and GST registration certificate with catering as taxable services (for partnership firms), Registration certificate from a statutory authority and GST registration certificate with catering as taxable services (for proprietorships/individual businesses), Currently valid FSSAI food licence for the operational unit, Self-Certificate of Experience in Catering Business as per Annexure A, Chartered Accountant-certified turnover certificate for the last two completed financial years, 2023-24 and 2024-25, with valid UDIN, Notarized affidavit declaring the firm is not debarred or blacklisted, as per Annexure C, PAN card copy, ESI certificate copy, EPF registration certificate copy, GST registration certificate copy, Class-III digital signature, Relevant Chartered Accountant certificates with UDIN
