Description
Expression of interest to empanel service providers for catering, housekeeping and facility management at IRCTC Non-Railway Catering units across India. Empanelled providers may participate in subsequent unit-specific financial bids; empanelment does not guarantee business. Successful applicants must furnish a refundable performance guarantee of Rs. 25,000.

- Certifications: FSSAI food license, GST registration, ESI registration, EPF registration, Chartered Accountant certificate with valid UDIN
- Documents required: Applicant name, full address, telephone and fax numbers, email address, and contact person details, Memorandum and Articles of Association specifying catering and hospitality as the company's main object, Certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Commencement of business certificate, Partnership deed, Partnership registration certificate, GST registration certificate showing catering as taxable services, Registration certificate from a statutory authority for proprietorship/individual business, Currently valid FSSAI food license for the operational unit, Self Certificate of Experience in Catering Business (Annexure A), Chartered Accountant-certified turnover certificate for the last two completed financial years, 2023-24 and 2024-25, with valid UDIN (Annexure B), Notarized affidavit declaring that the firm is not debarred, blacklisted or banned (Annexure C), PAN card, ESI certificate, EPF registration certificate, GST registration certificate, Class-III digital signature for submission, Relevant certificates issued by a Chartered Accountant with UDIN
