Description
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of one ECG machine for C-DOT, with 12-channel capability and a 3-year warranty. Delivery is required within 30 days to C-DOT Campus, Mehrauli, New Delhi.

- Documents required: Experience Criteria, Past Performance, Certificate (Requested in ATC), OEM Authorization Certificate, Additional Doc 1 (Requested in ATC), Compliance of BoQ specification, Supporting documents to prove eligibility for exemption from Experience / Turnover Criteria, Copies of relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates (such as CRAC), Copies of relevant contracts proving supply of cumulative order quantity, Bidder undertaking that it is not under liquidation, court receivership, bankruptcy or similar proceedings, OEM Warranty certificates, Details of Service Centres near consignee destinations, Manufacturer Authorization Form / Certificate, where applicable, Declaration under Rule 144(xi) in General Financial Rules, 2017
