- Removal of the existing panel board and Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (SITC) of a new cubicle-type, dust- and vermin-proof, wall-mounted, front-operated indoor LT panel board, fabricated from 2 mm thick CRCA sheet steel, complete with concealed hinges, neoprene gasket, panel locks and all necessary accessories. The entire sheet steel work shall be treated through a seven-tank process and powder-coated with Siemens Grey matt finish. The panel shall comprise 1 No. 630 A, 4-Pole, 36 kA MCCB incomer and 3 Nos. 400 A, 4-Pole, 36 kA MCCB outgoing feeders, with suitably rated copper busbars. R-Y-B phase indication with control MCB, and multifunction metering for the incomer and outgoing feeders, 4 Nos. in total, with RS-485 communication facility suitable for integration with the Energy Management System (EMS), complete with suitable size CTs(included).
