Construction of an electrically lifted irrigation scheme from the Kopili River serving villages Mantabori, Uttar Dharamtul, Bhalukaguri, Chanuabori and Domal in Morigaon District. Works include a pressurized pipe irrigation network, control room and operational infrastructure, automation and communications, civil structures, riverbank protection, and electro-mechanical and electrical works. Estimated cost is Rs. 4872.125728 lakh, with an 18-month completion period.
