Description
Modification of the LASE Lab, including supply, installation, testing and commissioning of various UPS systems and allied electrical works at the Raman Research Institute campus, Bengaluru. Estimated cost is Rs. 47.47 lakh inclusive of GST. Completion is required within 75 days from the fifteenth day after issue of the work order.

- Documents required: Bid declaration on the letterhead as per the enclosed format, Self-declaration regarding absence of poor performance, abandonment or incomplete works, inordinate delays, litigation history, or financial failures, Work completion certificates issued by the concerned authority to establish work experience, Documentary proof of execution of work of similar nature and comparable magnitude as per the eligibility criteria, For work completion certificates issued by private parties, supporting TDS certificates, Certified copy of a valid Class-I Electrical Contractor License issued by a State Government or the Central Government, Annual financial turnover and balance sheet showing Profit & Loss for the last five years ending 31.03.2026, issued by a Chartered Accountant, Latest valid certificates of Authorized System Integration Partner, OEM certificate stating the partnership relationship and level, authorization to quote for this tender, and reciprocal OEM warranty and support for five years, where applicable, Certified copy of a current Solvency Certificate issued by a Scheduled Bank for financial year 2026-27, List of ongoing works indicating financial commitment during the stipulated completion period, as per Form D, PAN and GST details, Earnest Money Deposit, or valid NSIC/MSME registration certificate showing registered value and monetary limit when claiming exemption, Project commitment letter on the letterhead as per the enclosed format, Company profile with details, Additional documents, if any, Details of the site engineer, preferably an Electrical Engineer, with experience in similar projects, List of clients with official contact details for referee reports
