Description
Rate contract for supply of two types of extruded, black-anodized heat sinks for DETC. The rate contract is valid for 24 months from its issue date. Total requirement is 2,400 units of each type, ordered as required. Reverse auction applies; quantity may be split between suppliers under the stated conditions.

- Documents required: Signed and sealed Annexure-A commercial terms and conditions, Technical offer on company letterhead, PPP-MII certificate from OEM indicating percentage of local content and location of value addition, Sealed signed self-declaration No-Deviation certificate, OEM self-declaration if bidder is the OEM, or OEM authorization certificate if bidder is not the OEM, Duly signed and stamped copies of BHEL drawings and specifications, Valid documentary evidence of ICF/RDSO approval, registration or empanelment for the tendered item for DETC applications with BHEL Electrics, Udyam registration certificate, if claiming MSE status
