Description
Selection of an agency to design, construct and present Uttarakhand’s tableau for the Republic Day Parade 2027 in New Delhi. The work includes concept development, 3D model and design presentations, construction and materials, revisions as directed, and composition and recording of music. The financial bid is evaluated on the lowest combined total across three BOQ items.
