Empanelment of contractors for design, manufacturing, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of grid-connected rooftop solar PV plants up to 80 kWp, including periodic repair and maintenance, in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The listed work comprises four 20 kWp systems at LIC offices and branches. Empanelment is for issuing tenders to selected agencies and does not directly award the works.

- Documents required: Average annual financial turnover certificate from a Chartered Accountant, Bank solvency/banker's certificate of at least Rs. 75.20 Lakhs, not more than six months old, or net worth certificate of at least Rs. 18.80 Lakhs issued/certified by a Chartered Accountant, Completion certificates for qualifying works showing commencement and completion dates, similar work details and final completion cost, For qualifying private-sector works: Chartered Accountant-certified payment details, copy of paid final bill, Form 26AS and Form 16A, Performance report for qualifying works, as per the attached proforma, Digital Signature Certificate and registration on the LIC e-tender portal
