Description
Selection of a civil and electrical engineering consultancy firm for phase-wise modifications and extensive repair and maintenance consultancy at MMTC House, Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai. The contract is initially for two years, with a possible one-year extension by mutual agreement.

- Documents required: Copies of Bachelor Degree in Civil and Electrical Engineering from reputed institutions, Certificate by Competent Authority to undertake the work of Engineering Consultancy, Experience certificate issued by the Client companies for previous three years, Proof of valid registration with statutory authorities under GST & certificate thereof, Permanent Account Number allotted by Income Tax Department, Certified copies of annual turn-over details for the last three years (Balance Sheets, IT returns) certified by C.A signed and sealed by bidder, Registration certificate under NSIC/MSME, if any, Profile of e-tender, Payment details of EMD (interest free) of Rs. 50,000/-, Details of Bank account e.g. Name of Bank, Name of branch, type of A/c, IFSC Code, Branch Code, Latest copy of turnover certificate duly issued by CA, Latest copy of insolvency certificate of above Rs. 5 Lakhs issued by nationalized/ commercial or scheduled banks, Declaration on Rs.500/- non-judicial stamp paper stating that the bidder has not been blacklisted by any CPSU/PSU/Govt. Organization/State and Central Govt. Departments in the last five years ending on 30th June 2026, Valid MSME/NSIC Certificate, if claiming EMD exemption
