Chennai Port Authority invites eligible Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant firms to provide consultancy on direct and indirect tax law issues and compliances for 24 months. The estimated assignment cost is Rs. 52,80,000 plus GST. Bids are submitted online under a two-cover system.

- Documents required: Self-attested copy of PAN Card, GST Registration certificate, Registration / Certificate of Practice and firm's ICAI records, Partnership deed of the firm, Empanelment with CAG, Statutory Audit/Tax Audit work orders and work completion certificates or relevant audit report pages, Work orders/Letters of Award and work completion certificates for relevant internal audit and tax consultancy experience, Order copy of Commissioner (Appeals)/Income Tax Appellate Tribunal showing the firm name, Documentary evidence of work orders and completion certificates specifying type and year of audit, Self-attested copies of Profit & Loss Accounts and duly certified Audited Annual Accounts, Covering letter as per Format-I, duly filled and signed by the authorized signatory, Organization details as per Format-II, duly filled and signed by the authorized signatory, Bid Qualification Criteria as per Format-III, duly filled, signed and sealed by the authorized signatory, Self-declaration that the CA firm has not been barred, blacklisted or disqualified by any regulator or statutory body in India during the last 5 years
