Description
Punjab School Education Board invites manufacturing mills to supply 9000 MT of 70 GSM and 80 GSM Maplitho printing paper made from virgin pulp, with the Board's watermark, for academic year 2027-28. The paper must comply with BIS 1848:2018. Estimated value is INR 85 crore; bids are submitted in two stages, technical and commercial.

- Documents required: Attested certificates supporting annual production capacity and excise clearance capacity of minimum 25,000 M.T., Work orders and successful completion certificates for water mark paper supply to Government/PSU/Statutory bodies, CA certification report regarding quantity of water mark paper supplied, signed by the Chartered Accountant and General Manager of the Paper Mill, Proof of earnest money deposit, Terms and Conditions signed on each page, 20 specimen sheets in A-3 size of each paper type with BIS 1848:2018 lab test report, Affidavit that the Mill is not black-listed and has no pending criminal case/FIR related to paper supply, Affidavit that the Mill will not appoint a commission agent or mediator or give commission, GST registration number, GST/Excise clearance certificate for financial year 2025-26, Income Tax Returns for financial years 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26
