Punjab School Education Board invites manufacturing mills to supply 700 MT of single-layer art paper made using virgin pulp in 175 GSM and 225 GSM for school textbooks for academic year 2027-28. The paper must comply with BIS 4658:2019. Estimated value is 70000000, with an EMD of 1400000 and tender fee of 25000. Bids are submitted in a two-stage technical and commercial process. Supply is ordered in instalments, with quantities adjustable by up to 30%.

- Documents required: Attested certificates supporting annual production capacity of minimum 5,000 M.T. and excise clearance capacity of minimum 4,000 MT for Art Paper-Single Layer, Work orders and successful completion certificates proving supply experience to Government/PSU/Statutory bodies: at least 700 MT in one of the last three years and cumulatively at least 1000 MT in the last three years, CA certification report regarding quantity supplied, signed by the Chartered Accountant and General Manager of the Paper Mill, Earnest money payment proof, Terms and conditions duly signed on each page, 20 specimen sheets in A-3 size of each 175 GSM and 225 GSM paper type, with BIS 4658:2019 lab test report, Affidavit that the Mill is not blacklisted and has no pending criminal case/FIR related to paper supply, Affidavit that the Mill will not appoint a commission agent or mediator or pay commission, Valid GST registration number/TIN, ITR for financial years 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26
