Description
Central University of South Bihar invites sealed single-envelope bids for weeding out, disposing of and pulping old records. The bidder must quote a rate per kilogram; the highest quoted rate wins. The successful bidder is responsible for shredding, packing, lifting, transportation and pulping, and must provide evidence of conversion into pulp.

- Documents required: Tender fee of Rs. 500/- in form of Demand Draft, EMD of Rs. 25,000/- in form of Demand Draft, unless waived on submission of MSME Certificate, Copy of GST Number registration, Copy of Income Tax Permanent Account Number, Income Tax Returns for the last 03 years, Incorporation Certificate, Registration Certificate issued by the Registrar of Firms, Memorandum and Article of Association, Certificate of Incorporation, Partnership Deed, or other applicable organization registration documents, Small Scale Unit/MSME/NSIC Registration under relevant items, if registered and seeking EMD waiver, Work Order and successful completion certificate meeting the minimum physical eligibility criteria, Certified audited copy by Chartered Accountant as proof of turnover, Non-Blacklisting certificate on firm letterhead, All pages of the tender document, including sections and Annexures-A, signed and sealed, Duly filled financial bid signed and sealed by authorized person, Notarized power of attorney authorizing participation in the bid, except for proprietorship firms, ESI Registration Certificate, EPF Registration Certificate, Affidavit confirming the material will be converted into pulp and not used for another purpose, Details of pulp-making facility or arrangements, List of organizations from which related material has been purchased for pulp making
