Description
Forward e-auction of one composite lot of electronic and electrical waste items at NID Assam on an “AS IT IS WHERE IT IS AND IN WHATSOEVER CONDITION IT IS” basis. Participation is restricted to eligible CPCB-registered recyclers/refurbishers with valid pollution-control authorization. The successful bidder bears applicable taxes and the costs of dismantling, loading, labour and transportation.

- Documents required: Earnest Money Deposit slip of ₹20,000, DIC Registration of approved activity or Certificate of Incorporation/Partnership/Proprietorship, Valid registration certificate/Authorization issued by the concerned SPCB/PCC, Copy of PAN Card, Proof of having filed income tax and GST returns for the previous 3 years, Copy of GSTIN Number/GST registration certificate, Valid registration as Recycler/Refurbisher on CPCB EPR Portal under Rule 13 of E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022, Undertaking that the bidder is not blacklisted by any competent authority/organization/department, Completed Annexure-B checklist, GeM bidder registration and platform-specific enrolment and verification
