Description
Supply of 72,000 disposable cautery plates/pads to AIIMS, New Delhi. EMD is Rs. 2,40,000 and ePBG is 3% for 26 months. Delivery is scheduled in eight lots of 9,000 units, from days 1–10 through days 630–660 after contract start. Reverse auction is enabled with H1-Highest Priced Bid Elimination.

- Documents required: Experience certificate for supply of the same to any Government/PSU/renowned private organisation, along with Supply/Purchase Order, EMD exemption certificate, if registered under MSME or NSIC, Make in India specific authorisation certificate, Manufacturer Authorization Form/Certificate, where applicable, ISO 9001 certification of bidder or OEM, Material Test Certificate, Relevant certificates including BIS licence, type test certificate, approval certificates and other certificates prescribed in the product specification, OEM certificate stating percentage of local content and locations of local value addition, if claiming Make in India purchase preference, Supporting documents to prove eligibility for experience or turnover exemption, if exemption is sought, 05 samples in sealed pack form, labelled with GeM bid number, item name and firm details
