Description
Open tender for development, operation, maintenance and management of the Log Hut Complex at Kuthori, Kaziranga. The initial lease period is 5 years, extendable by another 5 years by mutual consent. The operator is responsible for facility development, guest services, food services, security, sanitation and maintenance.

- Documents required: Documents defining constitution or legal status, place of registration and principal place of business, Power of Attorney of the signatory of the Bid, Evidence of experience running a registered Hotel / Guest House / Resort having restaurant or F&B services for a minimum of 3 years, Evidence of ownership or operation of a property with a minimum of 10 keys and yearly occupancy of 30%, Audited balance sheets and profit and loss statements for the last five years, Evidence of access to financial resources, including cash in hand or lines of credit, Supporting documents for financial resources, including CC facilities or a Bank solvency certificate not less than 3 months old, Affidavit regarding litigation, including an affidavit of no litigation if applicable, Presentation, Undertaking in the prescribed format (Annexure-A), Tender / Conditions Acceptance Letter in the prescribed format (Annexure-B), PAN Card, GST Registration Certificate, Valid Trade License, Valid food License, Original Banker Certificate for Credit facility, Hard copy of the technical bid submitted online
