Description
Expression of Interest for indigenous development of a STA/804/MADE-01-SPL mobile jib crane for the An-32 aircraft. Interested Indian firms are to submit technical and financial capability information, supporting documents, and a non-obligatory budgetary quote. Responses are due within 10 days of the EOI floating date.

- Documents required: Balance Sheet and ITR of last three /five financial years, including average turnover, certified by a CA, Details of ISO 9001/ AS 9100/ DGAQA/NADCAP/ Design & Development Agency certification by appropriate agency, Details of firm registration status under the Companies Act, including MSME/ NSIC certification, if any, Details of experience in indigenous development/ part tasking/ ROH/ MOH/ Repair/ Reclamation tasks with Defence, Govt. PSUs or other agencies, Records of current/ similar projects in hand, their valuation and completion dates, Details of work done in the past for civil aviation sector, Indian Air Force, Indian Army, NAL, ADA, HAL or other nationally accredited organisations, Non-obligatory budgetary quotes for the project as per Appendix-A, Documents supporting experience in aeronautical design development, reclamation, repair, overhaul and certification of electrical/mechanical aggregates, as applicable, Information on familiarity with IMTAR-21 and RCMA/ CEMILAC certification procedures, Information on supply chains for aeronautical quality components and materials, special tools and machinery, Details of manufacturing and fabrication facilities or outsourcing plan and extent, List of in-house test facilities, including those planned for outsourcing, Information on ability to generate requisite human resources through training and certification
