Description
CONCOR is inviting e-tenders for selecting a joint venture partner to develop, operate, and maintain an ICD at Dadri, Greater Noida, on a long-term lease basis. The project involves setting up an ICD on approximately 7 hectares with an initial project cost of about Rs.55 Crores, with a 30-year initial agreement extendable for another 30 years. The successful bidder will enter into a joint venture agreement and sub-lease with CONCOR.
