Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Limited invites bids to develop and operate commercial space at Hill View Park Car Depot, Kothrud, Pune, comprising a greenfield parcel (Component-A) and an existing bare-shell structure (Component-B). The project is on a Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer basis under PPP, with a 60-year concession period. Bidders may bid for either or both components; selection is based on the highest total consideration quoted for each component.
