Description
Delhi Development Authority invites two-bid tariff-based competitive proposals under RESCO mode for design, supply, erection, testing, commissioning, and 25-year operation and maintenance of two net-meter-connected ground-mounted solar carport plants: 1500 KWp AC capacity at District Park along NG Drain Outer Ring Road to Khayala Bridge and 300 KWp AC capacity at MP Green Belt Mangolpuri. Scope includes grid connectivity, net metering, CCTV surveillance, signage, lighting, parking-area development, and ongoing plant maintenance.
