Description
Procurement of one dental hand piece set for Tata Memorial Centre - ACTREC, including supply, installation, testing, commissioning and operator training. Delivery is required within 45 days. The bid requires three years of past experience and 80% past performance; EMD and ePBG are not required.

F.7/10/2021-PPD dated 23/02/2023 (Annexure A or Annexure B), Undertaking that bidder is not under liquidation, court receivership, bankruptcy or similar proceedings, Signed Integrity Pact, Cancelled Cheque, EFT Mandate duly certified by Bank, Product Data Sheet, Functional Service Centre details, Audited Balance Sheets or Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant turnover certificate, Contracts and delivery acceptance certificates supporting experience and past performance
