Description
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of one DC HV Test Kit (5 KV) for BHEL Haridwar. Delivery is required within 60 days of purchase order placement, with erection and commissioning to be completed within 45 days of BHEL's intimation. MSE purchase preference applies; non-local suppliers are ineligible under the stated Make in India restriction.
