Supply of 552 cylinders of nitrous oxide gas for 955 Ltr and 480 cylinders of carbon dioxide gas for 480 kilogram to Udhampur. Delivery period is 180 days. Item-wise evaluation; EMD and ePBG are not required.

- Documents required: Experience Criteria, Past Performance, Bidder Turnover, Certificate (Requested in ATC), OEM Authorization Certificate, OEM Annual Turnover, Compliance of BoQ, Supporting documents for exemption from Experience / Turnover Criteria, if applicable, Certified audited balance sheets or Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant turnover certificate, Relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates such as CRAC, Undertaking that the bidder is not under liquidation, court receivership, bankrupt or similar proceedings, PAN Card, GSTIN, Cancelled Cheque, EFT Mandate duly certified by Bank, OEM certificate for percentage of local content and locations of local value addition, if claiming MII preference, Valid Udyam Certificate and supporting documents, if claiming MSE purchase preference, Manufacturer Authorization Form / Certificate, where applicable, Proof of positive OEM net worth as per last audited financial statement
