Supply of 28 types of customized office stationery for PCDA Kolkata, including envelopes, registers, file covers, paper products and office supplies. Items are to be customized with office name, logo and address as applicable, supplied as per approved samples, and delivered within 30 days.

- Documents required: Copies of relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates (such as CRAC) supporting supply of same or similar category products during each required financial year, Certified audited balance sheets or a Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant certificate indicating bidder turnover, Certified audited balance sheets or a Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant certificate indicating OEM turnover, Undertaking that the bidder is not under liquidation, court receivership, similar proceedings, or bankrupt, Trade License for printing from Government, Signed and stamped Buyer Added Additional Terms and Conditions document, Relevant contracts proving supply of cumulative order quantity in any one financial year for past performance, Supporting documents to prove eligibility for exemption from experience or turnover criteria, if exemption is sought, Valid Udyam Certificate and relevant documentary evidence for MSE purchase preference, if claimed
