- Documents required: Experience Criteria, Past Performance, Bidder Turnover, Certificate (Requested in ATC), OEM Authorization Certificate, OEM Annual Turnover, PAN Card, GST registration certificate, Experience certificate for supply to a Government, PSU or renowned private organisation, Supply/Purchase Order, Make in India specific authorisation certificate, Undertaking that the bidder is not under liquidation, court receivership, bankrupt or similar proceedings, BIS licence, type test certificate, approval certificates and other certificates prescribed in the product specification, OEM authority letter for lithium-ion fire extinguisher specifications, Authority letter from OEM/authorized dealer for emergency escape set, Certified audited balance sheets or Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant turnover certificate, Relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates (such as CRAC), OEM certificate stating percentage of local content and locations of local value addition, Valid Udyam certificate and supporting MSE eligibility documents, if claiming purchase preference, EMD exemption certificate, if claiming exemption
