Supply of 595 cotton mattresses to 14 Corps Ord Maint Coy, Leh, Ladakh. Delivery is required within 30 days of the GeM contract. EMD is Rs. 93,624 and ePBG is 3% for 14 months. MII and MSE purchase preferences apply.

- Documents required: Experience Criteria, Past Performance, Bidder Turnover, Certificate (Requested in ATC), OEM Authorization Certificate, OEM Annual Turnover, Additional Doc 1 (Requested in ATC), Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting document from seller, Supporting documents for exemption from experience or turnover criteria, if claimed, Certified audited balance sheets or Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant turnover certificate, Relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates (CRAC) for experience, Relevant contracts proving past-performance quantity, OEM certificate stating percentage of local content and locations of local value addition, UDYAM registered MSE certificate along with DGQA/COA certificate, where applicable, DPIIT registration certificate, where applicable, Undertaking regarding debarment/blacklisting, verified by a registered CA, Country-of-origin and country-of-manufacture documentation, if requested, Non Disclosure Declaration Certificate on bidder letterhead, ISO 9001 certificate, EMD proof and supporting exemption documents, if applicable
