Consultancy services for feasibility study and preparation of a Detailed Project Report for approximately 1.8 km of unidirectional twin tunnels on the Ganglakha-Gedu stretch of the Phuentsholing-Thimphu highway in Bhutan, including civil and electrical/mechanical works and approaches to NHDL specification. Consultancy period is 10 months. Proposals are submitted offline.
