Description
The project involves the complete design, engineering, procurement, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of a Sub District Hospital at Todabheem, Karauli, Rajasthan, including civil, structural, architectural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety, medical gas systems, modular OT, lifts, ELV systems, external development, utility services, landscaping, and all allied works. The scope includes obtaining statutory approvals, external electrification, and ensuring operational readiness as per NABH, NBC, and IPHS standards. The project duration is 24 months with a project cost of approximately ₹2630 lakh.
