Description
The project involves the complete design, engineering, procurement, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of a Sub District Hospital at Niwai, District Tonk, Rajasthan, including civil, structural, architectural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety, medical gas systems, lifts, ELV systems, external development, utility services, landscaping, and all allied works under a single-point responsibility. The scope also includes obtaining and energizing electrical connections, statutory approvals, and ensuring full operational readiness as per NABH, NBC, and IPHS standards. The project duration is 24 months with a project cost of approximately ₹263 crore.
